Love your balls

There are quite literally so many different avenues you can take to increase your sperm volume. You can change the way you go about your everyday lifestyle choices, you can switch up your daily exercise habits, you can even eat only foods that are proven to increase your sperm count. The list goes on and on.

For the purpose of this article, I’m going to focus on the foods known to increase your sperm volume. Let me tell you, this is one of the most important avenues, if not the most important avenue, towards increasing your sperm volume.

So, without further ado, I introduce you to my list of foods that will help you in this endeavor.

Dark Chocolate

As we all know, dark chocolate is a powerful aphrodisiac. It’s a powerful aphrodisiac because of its main ingredient: L-Arginine. This ingredient is better known as an amino acid that naturally increases sperm volume. Additionally, this ingredient improves the intensity of orgasms for men.

Be sure not to overeat dark chocolate, though. You wouldn’t want to end up gaining weight. If you do end up gaining weight, you could potentially throw your testosterone levels off, which in turn will lower your sperm levels, too.

Oysters

What’s more is that oysters (zinc) naturally increase your testosterone levels (as stated above); while increasing testosterone levels, it also increases your sexual desire and endurance levels during sex. This means you’ll really enjoy your sex life.

Eggs

Eggs are high in vitamin E and protein; we generally know this fact. Because of this, eggs help promote healthy and strong sperm in the testicles.

Eggs can do more than just promote healthy and strong sperm, though. They also prevent free radicals (sperm-killers) from harming the sperm in any way. It’s a two-for-one deal when you eat eggs on a daily basis.

Bananas

Bananas are known to contain the enzyme called bromelain. This enzyme generally increases libido in men. Therefore, eating a banana a day will most likely increase your sexual desire and your sex drive.

In addition, bananas are a rich source of vitamin B. Having an adequate amount of vitamin B in the body can actually raise stamina levels during sex. If you have more energy during sex, you’ll probably enjoy it more, am I right?

Spinach

Leafy green vegetables, such as spinach, are loaded with folic acid. Folic acid ensures that sperm cells do not come out distorted. With low levels of folic acid in the body, sperm cells are unable to produce normal heads and normal tails; some cells come out having either two heads or two tails. This, in turn, will make it hard for sperm cells to find the egg in order to fertilize it. Additionally, if the sperm cell does reach the egg, chances of birth defects are more likely to happen.

Asparagus

Foods that are Known to Increase Sperm VolumeAsparagus is naturally high in vitamin C. Vitamin C helps out sperm cells by protecting them from any type of free radical roaming throughout the body. What’s more is that eating an adequate amount of asparagus on a normal weekly basis can ensure the male reproductive system does not run out of sperm.

Garlic

Garlic is known to be very beneficial to different aspects of men and women’s health. However, one little fact you probably didn’t know is that garlic is an extremely powerful aphrodisiac. Because of this, garlic is also a very important asset in the mission to increase sperm count.

How does garlic help men out so much? Well, garlic has a compound known as allicin in it, and allicin improves the blood flow to the penis, therefore increasing sperm production and volume.

Carrots

Carrots are loaded with vitamin A, and vitamin A is an essential nutrient needed to improve sperm production and motility.

However, a lot of men may not enjoy eating carrots every day. That’s okay. If that’s the case, alternate carrots with other foods such as oatmeal, red bell peppers, and dried apricots; they’re all loaded with the vitamin.

If you’re still having trouble with increasing your sperm volume, try using natural male enhancement supplements as an additional mechanism. They are proven to help men out in several areas of their sex lives, including but not limited to, increasing semen volume.
